About the Event

Please join us for the Annual Mount Nittany Health Golf Classic on Saturday, August 7, 2021, at the Penn State Blue and White Golf Courses. The Golf Classic committee has committed to raising $1 million for the cardiovascular pavilion by the end of 2021.

As we all continue to navigate the changing landscape of COVID-19, we want to assure you that we are taking the necessary steps to ensure the health and safety of our golfers by strictly adhering to CDC guidelines. While this means there will be some changes to our format, rest assured, enjoying the day with your team on a premier golf course while supporting a great cause will not change!

To protect the health and wellbeing of our sponsors, golfers and the entire community, special measures are being taken for this year's event, per Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Professional Golfers' Association guidelines. In keeping with these guidelines, and to assure the comfort, safety, and wellbeing of golfers, and staff, a few changes have been made:

  • Registration is limited to 49 teams (196 Golfers) across the Blue and White Courses
  • Tee-off times are staggered in 20-minute intervals, beginning at 7:30 am. The last tee-off time is 4:00 pm.
  • A hot meal will be provided under the Hawbaker Pavilion as foursomes complete their round of golf. Tables will be set up to ensure social distancing guidelines are followed with seating for one foursome per table.
  • Golfers will receive a snack-bag and a commemorative gift at registration and beverages will be available on the course.
  • Golfers are asked to pick up their ball after a double bogey to speed up play and ensure the proper distance is maintained between foursomes.

Please join us for a fun-filled day of golf. Space is limited, and sponsorships sell out quickly. Reserve your spot today.
