Mount Nittany Health Foundation is pleased to partner with Centre Foundation for Centre Gives, a 36-hour online giving event that begins today, May 7 at 8:00 am and ends on Wednesday, May 8 at 8:00 pm. This event is designed to support the great work of local nonprofits serving Centre County.

At Mount Nittany Health, we are committed to evolving our health system to meet the changing needs of those we serve. Last August, we celebrated the official kickoff of the new cardiovascular pavilion project at Mount Nittany Medical Center with a special sky-breaking community event to celebrate the raising of the final beam in the framing of the structure.

Scheduled to open in fall 2019, the 26,000-square-foot cardiovascular pavilion will include an updated cardiac catheterization lab and electrophysiology lab spaces, complete with new imaging and monitoring technology. Additionally, the space will include a large waiting area, situated within the sunlight structure; eight to ten convenient flex bay patient areas; and bright, comfortable patient meeting areas.

To date, our generous community has committed $4.5 million to support the construction of the cardiovascular pavilion. Please accept this note as our sincere thanks, in advance, for your gift to support the Foundation and help us reach our $5 million goal that will help us serve the growing number of people who trust Mount Nittany Health with their hearts.
