For more than seven decades, the Charity Ball has been one of the region’s most esteemed fundraising traditions, supporting essential programs such as family medicine, behavioral health, Children’s Advocacy Center of Centre County and Joseph V. and Suzanne P. Paterno Women and Children’s Services Unit. The 2026 event continued that legacy by raising more than $450,000 for Mount Nittany Health’s new Patient Tower, opening later this year.
The 76th Edition Mount Nittany Health Foundation Charity Ball brought the community together on Valentine’s Day for an evening of celebration, purpose and regional pride. Held at Brass 16823 in Bellefonte, the event honored the organization’s history while looking ahead to the future of local healthcare.
Guests enjoyed an elegant evening inspired by the energy and sophistication of New York City. The experience included an interactive culinary journey, custom floral creations, live music, specialty cocktails and a vibrant atmosphere reminiscent of the Big Apple. A silent auction added to the excitement, offering prizes such as jewelry, travel experiences and signed Penn State memorabilia.
