We’re upgrading to Epic for a better care experience
Mount Nittany Health is transitioning to Epic, the nation’s leading electronic health record system. Epic will bring more connected care, faster access to your health information and the new MyChart portal for a simpler, more seamless experience. You can create your account now, but the MyChart patient portal will be read‑only until May 30. Until then, you can still view your information but won’t be able to message your care team.

Existing Mount Nittany Health patients
Have a MyMountNittany account? Log in to make an appointment online or message your provider directly. (Note: Not all services are available for self-scheduling through the portal. If no appointments are available, please call your provider’s office to make an appointment.)
New patients
To make your first appointment, choose from the following options:
- Find a doctor: Search by provider name or specialty to find the right doctor for you.
- Find a location near you: Browse Mount Nittany Health locations across Central PA and choose the one most convenient for you.
- Find the care you need: Explore a range of care options, including primary care, walk-in care and specialty services.
After finding the care you need, call the provided contact number for help with appointment scheduling.
You can also self-schedule: Create a MyMountNittany account to book your first appointment online. (Note: Not all services are available for self-scheduling through the portal.)
Same-day appointments
From a sore throat to seasonal allergies, sometimes you don’t want to wait to be seen. Existing Mount Nittany Health patients can self-schedule an appointment in the MyMountNittany or find walk-in care now near you.
